If you win an award at a prominent film festival your life may change very dramatically for the better. Even a small award at a small film festival will more than likely set you on the path to having a career in the film industry.

Transformers is a line of toys, Marvel Comics series, TV cartoon and movie blockbuster created in the early 80s. The story of Transformers was first told is a series of Marvel comics written in support of Takara and Hasbro's new line of shape changing toys. Other than in the comics, the Transformers story has been told in a popular 80s TV cartoon and two movies one as recently as 2007.

Sylvester Stallone returns to make the fourth and most likely final film in the Rambo series. This film is packed with much more action and murder than the other Rambo films which was a surprise to me. The graphic nature of some scenes may mean that there is controversy over the film classification. Sylvester Stallone looks the part as a brutal mercenary albeit the man is turning into a waxwork rather than a man.

In this film it is important to appreciate that many of the subtly performed stunts are not possible but for the purpose of making this film interesting they have to be. However, some of the action scenes in this film and the areas they investigate are spectacular.
